RELP One,LLP and RHE Properties Inc.
Rockville Housing Enterprises’ non-profit subsidiaries, RELP One, LLP (RELP),and RHE Properties Inc, own and operates 60 units of low income housing in scattered sites located primarily in the King Farm and Fallsgrove neighborhoods. These condominiums and townhouses rent at below market rates. These units offer high quality amenities such as:
- Wall to wall carpeting
- Washer and Dryer
- Parking
- Recreation Facilities, including swimming pools
- Convenience to schools, shopping, and transportation
Prospective residents must meet the income requirements referenced in the chart below as well as other screening criteria such as credit and criminal checks.

RHE Fireside Park, Inc.
Another RHE affiliate, owns Fireside Park in Rockville which provides 177 affordable apartments at below market rates. These units are managed and maintained by Winn Property Management at 301-279-7741.
