Project Based Vouchers

The Project Based Assistance Voucher Program is a type of voucher program where the assistance is tied to the physical unit. Unlike the tenant based voucher program, a family under the PBV program may not utilize the voucher assistance at another location. RHE currently has three active PBV Programs which are listed below. Each PBV Site maintains its own waiting list. Interested families must contact the specific site and apply to the specific site.
